I am participating in the Member Incentive Program, how do I get my free gift?

You must complete the terms and conditions of the offer. You may read the complete terms and conditions here: http://Newgiftdepot/terms.php The basic requirements are: (1) Register with a valid and deliverable email address; (2) Submit accurate contact and demographic information; (3) Complete two advertiser offers from the Silver Offers Group, two from the Gold Offers Group, and 9 from the Platinum Offers Group for a total of 13 advertiser offers.

Can I go directly to the advertisers’ web pages to complete my sponsor offers?

No. In order for us to track your purchases, you must use the links provided on the offer pages or on your member account page.

How do I receive my action points?

Action points are earned when a registered member fully completes an advertiser offer (completion requirements are clearly indicated for each offer presented). If a purchased item is returned or service is cancelled, the action point for that advertiser may be denied.

How do I check the status of my participation in the Member Incentive Program?

You may check your redemption status at any time in the Newgiftdepot member area. Just log in at http://Newgiftdepot/ using the email address you signed up with. From here you will be able to see which steps you have completed and what you have left to do in order to fulfill the program requirements.

After I have completed the terms and conditions, how long will it take to receive my free gift?

Upon meeting all of the requirements, you will then login to your account and print off your redemption certificate. Once this is received, your gift will be shipped via Federal Express within 30 days.

Is there a time limit to completing the requirements for the Member Incentive Program?

Yes, you must meet the requirements within 60 days of joining Newgiftdepot in order to receive your free incentive gift.

I don’t live in the United States; am I eligible for your promotion?

No, unfortunately our promotions are limited to legal US residents 18 and over.

Be sure to include your full name, contact information (including an email address and daytime phone number), and any questions that you may have. Please note, if you leave out this information we may not be able to assist you in a timely manner.
